Triple Citrus Cheesecake
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup butter, melted
Four 8 oz. Pkg. Cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
1 teaspoon zest and 1 tablespoon juice EACH from 1 lemon, 1 lime, 1 orange
Preheat oven to 325. Mix graham crackers, brown sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9” springform pan. Bake 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients, pour over crust. Bake 1 hour 5 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.
