Tomato Basil Chicken Roll-ups
4 oz. Cream cheese, softened
2 green onions, finely chopped
6 tablespoons chopped fresh basil, divided
8 oz. Shredded italian five cheese with touch of philadelphia, divided
8 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/4” thickness
14 oz. Jar spaghetti sauce
Preheat oven to 400. Mix cream cheese, onions, 2 tablespoons basil and ½ cup shredded cheese until blended; shape into logs. Place one log on one end of each chicken breast, press lightly into chicken. Roll up tightly, tucking in both ends of breast around filling to completely enclose. Place seam-sides down in a sprayed 13x9” baking dish; top with spaghetti sauce. Bake 40 minutes or until done. Top with remaining shredded cheese; bake additional 3-5 minutes to melt cheese. Sprinkle with reserved basil.
