Sauteed Green Beans & Cashews


1 lb. Fresh green beans
1 red pepper, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing, divided
¼ cup cashews, chopped


Cook and stir green beans, pepper, onion, and garlic in half the dressing in a large skillet on medium heat 8-10 minutes or just until vegetables are crisp tender. Add remaining dressing; cook 2-3 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Top with nuts and serve.
