Bell Pepper Salad

Bell Pepper Salad


2 garlic cloves, smashed
½ teaspoon caraway seeds
Olive oil
3 sliced sweet peppers, red, yellow, orange
Juice of ½ lemon
Chopped parsley
Salt
Pepper


Saute smashed garlic cloves and caraway seeds in olive oil over medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add peppers and cooked until just warmed through. Toss with the lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
