Frozen Strawberry Squares
1 cup flour
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup melted margarine
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
16 oz. Strawberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, brown sugar, walnuts and margarine to crumb consistency. Bake mixture for 20 minutes in a shallow pan, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle 2/3 of the crumb mixture into a 9x13 pan, to cover the bottom of the pan.
Beat egg whites, sugar, strawberries, and lemon juice on high 10 minutes; fold in Cool Whip. Spoon mixture over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs and freeze at least six hours.
Pineapple Sheet Cake

2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients; add oil, eggs and pineapple and mix. Bake in a 9x13 pan for 20 minutes.
Topping: Boil together 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 stick margarine for ten minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in 1 cup nuts and 1 cup coconut, spread on hot cake.

8 ounces chive & onion cream cheese spread
½ cup ranch dressing
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers, divided
Preheat oven to 375. Mix spinach, cream cheese spread, dressing, eggs, and ¾ cup cheddar in a large bowl. Stir in ½ cup crushed crackers. Pour evenly in greased 2 quart baking dish. Top with remaining crushed crackers and remaining cheddar. Bake 20-25 minutes.

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 ¼ oz. Sliced ripe olives, drained
3 ½ oz. Sliced pepperoni
2 cups shredded mozzarella
Preheat oven to 375. Cook noodles and drain; mix with ¾ cup pizza sauce. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with remaining pizza sauce. Layer with mushrooms, olives, and pepperoni; sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered for 15-18 minutes.
