1 package cake mix, any flavor
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake approximately 20 minutes.

New Potatoes In Dill Cream Sauce
2 ½ pounds new red potatoes, quartered
8 ounces chive & onion cream cheese spread
¼ cup milk
1 cup chopped green pepper
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Cover potatoes with water in saucepan. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium and cook 15 minutes. Drain. Mix cream cheese, milk and green pepper; microwave on high 40-50 seconds; stir until well blended. Stir in dill. Mix sauce with cooked potatoes.
Fancy Bean Salad
16 oz. Frozen gold and white corn, thawed
15 oz. Can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz. Can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz. Can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 medium cucumber, finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 medium sweet red pepper, finely chopped
1 cup fat-free honey dijon salad dressing
Combine first 7 ingredients; pour salad dressing over mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate.
Scalloped Cabbage
1 small head of cabbage, coarsely cut
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoonsn flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 ½ cups milk
Velveeta cheese
Bread crumbs
Cook cabbage in boiling water to wilt (only for a few minutes). Melt butter, stir in flour and salt; slowly add milk and cook over medium heat to white sauce consistency. Remove from heat and stir in cheese to taste. Place cabbage mixture in a greased casserole dish, pour cheese sauce over cabbage. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
