New Potatoes In Dill Cream Sauce
2 ½ pounds new red potatoes, quartered
8 ounces chive & onion cream cheese spread
¼ cup milk
1 cup chopped green pepper
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Cover potatoes with water in saucepan. Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium and cook 15 minutes. Drain. Mix cream cheese, milk and green pepper; microwave on high 40-50 seconds; stir until well blended. Stir in dill. Mix sauce with cooked potatoes.
