Stuffing-Topped Vegetable Bake
4 cups broccoli florets
4 cups cauliflower florets
10 oz. Savory garlic cooking crème
1 cup shredded triple cheddar cheese with touch of philadelphia
6 oz. Pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
Preheat oven to 375. Cook vegetables in boiling water for 3 minutes; drain well. Return vegetables to pan. Add cooking crème and toss to coat. Spoon into sprayed 13x9” baking dish; top with shredded cheese. Prepare stuffing as directed on package; spoon over vegetable mixture. Bake 20 minutes; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
