Homestyle Mac & Cheese Minis
One pkg. (12.6 oz.) homestyle macaroni and cheese dinner classic
1 egg
½ cup sour cream
1 ½ cups shredded 3 cheese blend with philadelphia
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare the dinner in a large saucepan as directed on package except do not add the Bread Crumb Topping. Add egg, sour cream, and ¾ cup shredded cheese to the macaroni mixture and mix well. Spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with nonstick spray. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese and bread crumb topping. Bake 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
