Layered Chocolate-Peanut Butter Fudge
8 squares semi-sweet chocolate
¾ cup canned sweetened condensed milk
½ cup peanuts, chopped
6 squares white chocolate
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and milk in microwaveable bowl on high 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in nuts. Spread on bottom of foil-lined 8” square pan. Microwave white chocolate in separate bowl on high 1 ½ minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted; add peanut butter and stir until melted. Spread over chocolate layer. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
