Quick Creamy Corn
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup each finely chopped red and green pepper
16 oz. Frozen corn, thawed
½ cup Philadelphia Chive and Onion Cream Cheese Spread
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Microwave butter in medium microwaveable bowl on high 30 seconds or until melted; stir in peppers. Microwave 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Stir in corn. Microwave 3-4 minutes or until heated through, stirring after 2 minutes. Add cream cheese spread and stir until melted; stir in parmesan
