2 fully ripe avocados
2 tablespoons Zesty Italian dressing
2 tablespoons lime juice
¾ cup thick & chunky salsa
1 cup shredded lettuce
¾ cup shredded colby jack cheese
3 green onions, chopped
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons sliced black olives
Mash avocados in small bowl. Add dressing and lime juice; mix well. Spread onto plate. Top with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
