Crispy Chicken Tacos With Mango-Chipotle Slaw
6 oz. “Fresh Take” Spicy Chipotle-Cheddar Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix
1 ½ lb. Fresh chicken tenders
3 cups cabbage slaw mix
1/3 cup Mango Chipotle Vinaigrette dressing
12 corn tortillas (6”), warmed
1 mango, cut into thin matchsticks
Preheat oven to 375. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Open “Fresh Take” bag, pull apart center seal and mix contents together. Moisten chicken with water; place in bag, one piece at a time. Lightly press cheese mixture onto both sides of chicken (pieces will not be completely coated). Place on prepared baking sheet; top with any remaining cheese mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until done. Meanwhile, toss slaw mix with dressing in medium bowl. Top tortillas with chicken, prepared slaw, and mangos.
