30 Minute Chili Mac

1 pound extra-lean ground beef
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 ½ cups water
1 15.5 ounce can kidney beans, rinsed
1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
1 cup thick 'n chunky salsa
¾ cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese with a touch of philadelphia

Brown meat with chili powder in a large saucepan. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well. Bring to a boil; cover, simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring after 8 minutes. Serve topped with cheese.
