Tangy Tropical Broccoli Salad
¾ cup mayonnaise with olive oil
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
6 cups small fresh broccoli florets
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
¾ cup chopped fresh pineapple
1/3 cup chopped red onion
Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
