Creamy Chicken Pesto & Bowtie Pasta


1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup frozen peas
1/3 cup red pepper strips
1 10-ounce tub Creamy Pesto Cooking crème
2 cups hot cooked bowtie pasta
½ cup shredded mozzarella
Cook and stir chicken in a large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5-7 minutes until done. Add peas and peppers, cook 2-3 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally. Add cooking crème; cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in pasta; top with mozzarella.
