Cheese Ball




8 oz. Cream cheese

4 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled

4 oz. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

¼ cup minced onion

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Chopped parsley or chopped nuts




Mix cheeses and let set to room temperature. Add onion and worcestershire sauce; mix thoroughly and let chill 8 hours. Shape into ball and roll in either chopped parsley or chopped nuts to coat.

12 ounces softened cream cheese

¼ cup sugar

1 egg

½ teaspoon vanilla

1 package chocolate cake mix

½ cup chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350. Butter and flour a bundt pan. With mixer beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; beat until well blended and set aside.


Prepare cake according to package directions; fold in chocolate chips. Pour into cake pan; spread cream cheese mixture evenly over cake batter. Back 45-55 minutes. Cool on a wire rack 25 minutes, then remove from pan. Dust with powdered sugar.

Pimento Cheese

Pimento Cheese




1 cup melted Velveeta

1 teaspoon sugar (or Splenda)

1 jar undrained chopped pimentos

2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise




Mix melted Velveeta and sugar (add 1 tablespoon milk if needed to be able to mix ingredients). Add pimentos and mayonnaise. Mix, cover, and store in refrigerator.

Smoked Salmon Spread

Smoked Salmon Spread




1 one-pound can red salmon, drained and skin and bones removed

8 ounces cream cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons minced onion

1 small green onion, chopped fine

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

¼ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon liquid smoke.




Mix well; refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving. Serve with crackers.

Mix one cup each:

Miniature marshmallows

Coconut

Drained crushed pineapple

Drained mandarin oranges

Sour Cream




Chill
