Blueberry Gelatin Salad
2 – 3 oz. Packages grape flavored jello
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can blueberry pie filling
2 cups boiling water
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in pineapple and blueberry pie filling. Pour into a 9x13 dish and chill until set.
Topping:
8 oz. Cream cheese
½ pint sour cream
½ cup sugars1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
milk (if needed)
Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, nuts, and vanilla. If too stiff to spread, add a tablespoon or so of milk. Spread over set gelatin; return to refrigerator to chill.
