Broccoli Slaw With Poppyseed Dressing & Fruit
8 oz broccoli slaw
½ cup seedless red grapes, halved
¼ cup sliced almonds
½ cup drained canned pineapple tidbits
1/3 cup creamy poppyseed dressing
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon dijon mustard
Combine slaw, grapes, nuts, and 1/3 cup pineapple in a large bowl. Whisk together dressing, lemon juice and mustard until blended. Add to broccoli mixture and toss to evenly coat. Top with remaining pineapple.
