Buffalo Chicken
Tacos
1 ½ lb.
Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1/2” strips
3 tablespoons
buffalo wing sauce
12 flour
tortillas, 6”, warmed
½ cup classic
ranch dressing
2 stalks celery,
thinly sliced
½ cup crumbled
blue cheese
Heat large heavy
skillet, sprayed with non-stick spray, on medium high heat. Add
chicken and cook 4 minutes or until done, stirring frequently. Stir
in wing sauce and cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Spread
tortillas with dressing; top with chicken mixture, celery and cheese.
