Kielbasa Bites
With Creamy Mustard Dipping Sauce
1 can (11 oz.)
refrigerated thin crust pizza dough
6 slices of
cheese
1 package (14
oz.) turkey kielbasa
2 tablespoons
poppy seeds
½ cup
mayonnaise
¼ cup sour
cream
2 tablespoons
dijon mustard
1 tablespoon
chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to
400. Remove pizza dough from can; do not unroll the dough. Cut the
dough crosswise in half, then unroll each half. Place 3 cheese slices
down center of each dough piece, top diagonally with one kielbasa
link. Fold corners of dough over ends of each kielbasa link, then
fold one of the remaining corners of dough over the kielbasa. Roll
dough to completely enclose kielbasa and pinch seams to seal. Spray
lightly with cooking spray and roll in poppy seeds until evenly
coated. Place seam sides down on baking sheet coated with cooking
spray. Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown. Mix remaining
ingredients until blended. Cut each kielbasa log into 14 slices and
serve with dipping sauce.
