Balsamic Maple
Acorn Squash
1 acorn squash
¼ cup Balsamic
Vinaigrette dressing
3 tablespoons
maple flavored syrup
½ teaspoon
ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to
400. Cut squash in half lengthwise; remove and discard seeds. Cut
each half crosswise into six slices, and place in large bowl. Mix
dressing, syrup, and nutmeg until blended, add to squash and toss to
evenly coat. Spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet and bake 45
minutes, turning after 25 minutes.
