Mini Corn Dog
Muffins
1 pkg. (8.5 oz.)
corn muffin mix
2 ox. Velveeta,
cut into 24 small cubes
4 beef franks,
each cut into 6 pieces
½ cup Grey
Poupon savory honey mustard
Preheat oven to
375. Prepare muffin batter as directed on package and spoon into 24
sprayed mini muffin pan cups. Press one cube Velveeta and one hot dog
slice into batter in center of each muffin cup. Bake 10-12 minutes;
cool 5 minutes before removing from pans. Serve warm with mustard.
