Cracked Pepper
Parmesan Crisps
¾ cup shredded
parmesan cheese
¼ cup grated
parmesan
½ teaspoon
coarsely ground black pepper
Preheat oven to
350. Combine cheeses, then spoon into 14 mounds (2” apart) on a
baking sheet, using about one tablespoon of the cheese mixture for
each. Flatten the mounds slightly and sprinkle with pepper. Bake six
minutes or until golden brown, rotating baking sheet after 3 minutes.
Transfer immediately to a wire rack and cool completely. (You may use
cayenne pepper or smoked paprika in place of the black pepper)
