2 slices bacon, chopped
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
¼ lb. Velveeta, cubed
2 tablespoons chicken broth
Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 4 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet and drain. Discard all but one tablespoon drippings. Add chicken to skillet and cook on medium heat 4-5 minutes on each side or until done. Combine Velveeta and chicken broth in small saucepan; cook on medium-low heat 2-3 minutes or until Velveeta is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly. Spoon cheese sauce over chicken; sprinkle with bacon.
