Buttermilk Ranch Chicken
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon dried mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
½ teaspoon dried dill
salt & pepper
4 thin-cut chicken breast cutlets
2 tablespoons oil
Combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, dried mustard, chives, dill, salt and pepper; add chicken cutlets and
coat with mixture. Marinate 45 minutes or overnight. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium.
Brown cutlets on both sides until cooked through, about 7 minutes
