Fudge Sauce Or Frosting

½ cup butter

5 squares unsweetened chocolat

3 cups powdered sugar

1 can evaporated milk

1 ¼ teaspoon vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter; remove from heat. Mix in sugar alternately with milk. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook and stir about 8 minutes, or until thickened and creamy. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Serve warm as fudge sauce.

For Frosting: Cool 2 cups fudge sauce to room temperature Add 2 cups powdered sugar, blending well.

4 eggs

1 2/3 cup sugar

1 cup oil

2 cups pumpkin

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda


Preheat oven to 350. Beat together eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin. Stir in dry ingredients. Bake in 10 x 15 pan 25 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.

8 ounces penne pasta
4 ounces cubed cream cheese
1 cup milk
¼ cup grated parmesan
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained & crumbled
2 cups baby spinach leaves
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Cook pasta and drain. Cook cream cheese, milk, and parmesan in skillet on medium-high heat 3 minutes or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Add crumbled bacon, spinach, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning; cook and stir five minutes. Add sauce to drained pasta.

1 cup shortening

1 cup brown sugar

½ cup sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 eggs

2 ¼ cup flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 ½ cup M&M's



Preheat oven to 375. Blend shortening and sugars; beat in vanilla and eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in ½ cup M&M's. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet; decorate with remaining M&M's. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375.
