Easy Shepherd's Pie
1 pound ground beef
2 cups hot mashed potatoes
4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups frozen vegetables, thawed
1 cup beef gravy
Preheat oven to 375. Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Mix hot mashed potatoes, cream cheese, ½ cup shredded cheddar and garlic. Stir thawed vegetables and gravy into meat. Spoon meat mixture into 9” square baking dish; cover meat with potato mixture. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup shredded cheddar. Bake 20 minutes.
