Beefy Mozzarella Bake
1 lb. Ground beef
1 ¼ cup water
½ teaspoon basil
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
pepper
1 can Italian tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 cups cooked macaroni shells
1 ¼ cup mozzarella
Preheat oven to 400. Cook beef in large skillet; drain. Combine beef, water, basil, garlic powder, pepper, both soups, cooked macaroni, and one cup of the mozzarella. Pour into a 2 quart baking dish; bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle on remaining ¼ cup mozzarella and bake until cheese melts.
