IMPOSSIBLY EASY COCONUT PIE


1/2 cup Bisquick
2 cups milk
1 cup coconut
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs


Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9" pie plate. Stir all ingredients until blended; pour into pie plate. Bake 50-55 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.

Easy Baked Cheesecake

2 eight-ounce packages cream cheese
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
9” graham cracker crust
¾ cup sour cream
¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla.

Preheat oven to 325. Soften cream cheese; beat at medium speed until fluffy. Blend in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, blend together sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread gently over hot cheesecake and bake another 30 minutes until center is set. Chill until firm.

Crusty Macaroni and Cheese

Crusty Macaroni and Cheese

8 ounces macaroni
½ cup chopped onion
½ pound shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Cook macaroni until almost tender; drain. Put macaroni in greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle onion and cheese over top, season with salt and pepper. Bake 40 minutes; let stand 15 minutes before serving.

BARBECUE MEATBALLS

1 can evaporated milk
3 pounds ground beef
2 cups oatmeal
2 beaten eggs
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Form into balls, place in baking pan and coveer with sauce:

2 cups ketchup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons liquid smoke

Pour over meatballs. Cover and bake 3 hours at 350
