TATER TOT CASSEROLE
2 pounds hamburger, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 bag frozen tater tots
Preheat oven to 400. Mix hamburger and soups; spread in 9x13 pan. Top with tater tots and bake 35 minutes.

1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup warm water
1 package yeast
2 cups flour
Preheat oven to 400. Scald milk; stir in sugar, salt and butter. Measure water into a large mixing bowl. Add yeast and stir till dissolved. Stir in lukewarm milk mixture and flour; beat till smooth. Cover and let rise in warm place 45 minutes. Punch down and spread in greased pizza pan. Add sauce and toppings Bake 10-15 min. at 400.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can fat free cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon each paprika and pepper
1 1/2 cup Minute Rice
2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli
Heat oil in skillet; add chicken and cook. Remove chicken from skillet. Add soup, water, paprika and pepper; heat to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli; top with chicken. Season chicken with paprika and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or till done.

2 sticks oleo
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, sugar and soda. Bring to boil oleo, cocoa, and water; pour over flour mixture. Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Mix with spoon - don't beat. Bake 20 min. at 350 in 10x15 pan.
FROSTING
Bring to boil 4 tablespoons cocoa, 1/4 cup buttermilk, 1 stick oleo. Add powdered sugar to thicken. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add nuts if desired.
