Oreo Cookie Dessert
1 ½ lb. Oreo cookies
1 stick margarine
½ gallon peppermint ice cream
Process cookies into crumbs; reserve 1 cup of crumbs. Melt margarine and mix with remaining crumbs; press evenly over bottom of 10x15 pan and chill. Soften ice cream and spread over crumb crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top and freeze.
