Blueberry Pie

Blueberry Pie

1 baked 9” pie shell
4 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
¼ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon butter

Cook 2 cups blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, salt and water until thickened. Stir in butter and cool until warm. Stir in remaining 2 cups fresh berries. Pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate.
