Spaghetti Meatloaf
1 package Kraft Tangy Italian Spaghetti Dinner
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can mushrooms
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. shredded mozarella
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare spaghetti and sauce according to package directions. Combine spaghetti, 1 cup sauce (reserve rest), and parmesan cheese; spread in greased 8" square baking dish. Combine beef, green pepper, mushrooms, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Spread over spaghetti. Top with reserved spaghetti sauce. Bake 45 minutes. Top with mozzarella.

4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 400. Grease a 9" pie plate. Brown beef and onion, drain. Spread mixture in pie plate; sprinkle with salt and cheese. Mix Bisquick, milk and egg; pour over meat mixture. Bake 25 minutes; cool 5 minutes before cutting.

1 clove garlic, minced
6 oz. tomato paste
3 tomato paste cans of water
29 oz. tomato sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 can mushrooms
Brown beef, onion and garlic; drain. Add tomato paste, water, tomato sauce, salt, sugar and mushrooms. Simmer 1/2 hour covered, then simmer uncovered to desired consistancy.

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
4 eggs
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Tabasco to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Brown beef, sausage, onion and garlic; drain. Line a greased 9x9 baking dish with one can of drained chilis. Top with 1 1/2 cups cheese. Spread meat mixture on top of cheese; top meat with other can of drained chilis. Beat together eggs and flour until smooth; add milk, salt and Tabasco and blend well. Pour egg mixture over casserole. Bake uncovered 40 minutes. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top and let stand 5 minutes.

1/4 tsp. pepper
Melt butter, stir in flour until smooth. Add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Add potatoes and onions, heating just to boiling point. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add bacon, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted.
